A humanist celebrant is the person who finds and puts together the right words, gestures and rites to tell the unique story of someone’s life, relationships, changes and achievements, in order to share it with others and make it memorable, without any external references to a God or a religion.
That is why I became a humanist celebrant: to celebrate life and people.
